What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

Rotating Knob with Multiple Functions: The encoder knob supports infinite left/right rotation and also acts as a pressable key. You can assign the knob to any function — volume up/down, previous/next track, brightness increase/decrease, cycle backlight modes, or turn pages forward/back — and program its press action independently. Fully Programmable 45 Keys: Every one of the 45 keys is user-programmable via the included configuration software. In addition to standard keyboard mappings, you can map web navigation controls, 19 multimedia shortcuts, keyboard locks, windows lock and more, alongside the usual 127-key set. Macro Capability (16 Dedicated Macro Keys): The keypad offers 16 macro keys and supports complex macros up to 349 key commands. This streamlines repetitive sequences in office suites and creative apps (Word/Excel, CAD, Adobe Ae/Pr/Ps) and speeds up in-game actions. Example macro sequence you can record: "ctrl + a 0.5s ctrl+c 0.5s ctrl+v". 4-Layer Onboard Profiles: Settings are saved to the onboard MCU so you can store 4 separate profile layers directly on the device. Switch profiles for different games or workflows without reprogramming on each PC. This makes the unit suitable not only for gamers but also for designers and video creators. Blue LED Backlight & Design: The black chassis paired with blue LED backlighting creates a striking look. Backlight brightness is adjustable and can be turned off completely for battery or focus modes. Keys are clear and easy to read in low-light conditions. iPad Compatibility: Works with select iPad models when a docking station is used: iPad Pro 11 inch (1st generation)/later; iPad Pro 12.9 inch (3rd generation)/later; iPad Air (4th generation) and later. The compact one-handed mechanical keypad is portable for drawing and productivity on supported iPads.
