Ocean Signal Boating rescueME EPIRB3, model OCS702S03932, SKU sku-1378729608, is a Multicolor Category 2 emergency beacon supplied with a manual-release bracket. The source also identifies it as 702S-03932. On activation, it sends a 406 MHz distress signal and its GNSS position through Cospas-Sarsat while broadcasting a local AIS alert to nearby equipped vessels.

GNSS uses GPS, Galileo, and Glonass; the stated position accuracy is within 100 meters. AIS messages provide the beacon location and vessel identification. NFC connects the beacon to the free Ocean Signal mobile app, which displays battery life, self-test and GNSS-test records, activation time, and location-test details. Output is listed as 406.040 MHz at 5W nominal and 121.5 MHz at 50mW nominal. The beacon measures 6.8" x 3.6" x 3.1" with its antenna stowed. Its replaceable Li/FeS2 battery has a 10-year replacement interval.

Class 2 storage temperatures are -22°F to +158°F (-30°C to +70°C); operating temperatures are -4°F to +131°F (-20°C to +55°C). The receiver has 72 channels. Class 3 manual activation is also specified, without water activation; other activation conditions are out of the bracket and wet, or manual operation in or out of the bracket. Waterproofing is rated to 33 ft (10 m) for 5 minutes.

The beacon floats and has a minimum operational life of 48 hours at -4°F (-20°C). Listed approvals are Cospas-Sarsat, FCC, MED, MER, and ACMA.
