This makes maintenance fast and simple. It also increases filter efficiency and extends the life of main filter foams.

BUILT-IN HEATER - Houses heater to minimize in-tank equipment, while also protecting inhabitants from direct contact. Temperature controlled via bi-metal technology with a thermal shutoff for safety. Adjustable between 66°F - 90°F with a secondary knob for fine-tuning within +/- 2°F.

CLEAN, CLEAR, HEALTHY WATER – Engineered with 4-stage sealed filtration pathways, this filter ensures water travels the most efficient path through activated carbon foams, filter foams of differing pore densities, and Hel-X Biomedia – all providing ideal surface area for beneficial bacteria settlement.

BUILT-IN SAFETY FEATURES - Designed with safety locks on the handle, pre-filter, and aquastop to avoid spills during maintenance.
