Ninja GX101 Silver Sizzle Pro XL Griddle sku-16401654406

The Silver Ninja Sizzle Pro XL indoor griddle is listed as model GX101, although the source title names GX100. It includes a 20-inch ceramic nonstick plate, a detachable ventilated lid, a removable grease catch and a quick-start guide with 5 chef-developed recipes and cooking charts. Its plate fits 10+ burgers or breakfast for 8-10 people. Capacity is 40% larger than the Ninja Sizzle GR100.

The griddle provides edge-to-edge heating, with more even heating than a Blackstone 36-inch Griddle Cooking Station. ProTemp IQ temperature control runs from 250F-500F and provides more accurate readouts and better heat management than the Ninja Sizzle GR101. The plate can be wiped clean; the lid limits splatter and helps control grease.

Cook with the lid up to sear or down to retain heat and melt toppings. Listed under Ninja; SKU sku-16401654406, UPC 622356662673.
