Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

This Unbranded 4/4 acoustic violin set is listed as Brown under String Instruments and Accessories, though the source description calls the violin Black. SKU: sku-18749856868; UPC: 372540678491. Intended for adult learners or enthusiasts, the set includes 1 violin, 1 case, 1 bow and 1 rosin. The head, back and sides are described as basswood; the bow as arbor with white horse tail hair. The case has a soft interior, and rosin is included as a gift. The source gives conflicting materials for the fingerboard, tailpiece, pegs and chin rest: its introduction says blacked wood, while its features list says plastic. Its specifications separately list an aluminium alloy tailpiece, a maple top and bridge, and blacked wood for the chin rest, tuning pegs and end pin. Specifications from the source: 1. Listed color: Black. 2. Weight: 48.18oz / 1366g. 3. Size: 4/4. 4. Rosin: 1.89 x 1.22 x 0.63 inches / 4.8 x 3.1 x 1.6 cm. 5. Panel: 14.02 x 8.27 x 2.76 inches / 35.6 x 21 x 7 cm. 6. Bow length: 29.13 inches / 74cm. 7. Violin: 23.43 x 8.27 x 2.76 inches / 59.5 x 21 x 7 cm. 8. Case: 31.30 x 10.04 x 4.72 inches / 79.5 x 25.5 x 12 cm. 9. Back: basswood. 10. Sides: basswood. 11. Face: basswood. 12. Tailpiece: aluminium alloy. 13. Top: maple. 14. Chin rest: blacked wood. 15. Tuning pegs: blacked wood. 16. End pin: blacked wood. 17. Bow: arbor. 18. Bridge: maple. 19. Recommended arm length: above 60cm. 20. Recommended age: above 11 years. Violin length: 59cm. The bridge arrives wrapped in paper beneath the tailpiece; fit it between the F holes. Tighten loose bow hair using the screw at the frog, leaving some bounce without letting the hair touch the stick when placed on the strings. The source suggests about 1/4 inch between the hair and the low point of the bow's curve and advises against overtightening. Trim any broken bow hair. For quicker, more even application, roughen the rosin surface before rubbing it along the tightened bow hair; use a tissue to keep rosin off your hands. A loose string can be reinstalled, and the source directs customers to contact customer service for help.
