Navaris Green Bakeware loaf pan with lid, sku-3832617479, is made of cast iron for even heat distribution. Leave the lid on for a flat-topped loaf or remove it for a domed loaf. It can also be used to roast or stew meat and vegetables. Maximum temperature: 500 F (260 C). Without the lid, the pan measures 13-3/8" x 5-1/8" x 5-1/8" (34 cm x 13 cm x 13 cm).

The inner top measures 11.2 x 4.6 inches (28.5 x 11.7 cm); the inner bottom measures 9.8 x 3.3 inches (25 x 8.5 cm). Wash before first use. Let the pan cool before washing it by hand with warm, soapy water. Do not pour cold water on it while hot or use metallic pads or sharp abrasives. Nylon or other soft pads and brushes can be used for cleaning.
