plmnb 1 Strength Training Arm Trainer sku-18146351699

The plmnb Coreflex Twister Pro 1 is a Strength Training arm exerciser (SKU sku-18146351699, UPC 124868665444). Its adjustable hydraulic resistance runs from 22 lbs to 440 lbs (10–200 kg), also listed as 22-440lbs. It works the chest, arms, shoulders, back and abs. Double-reinforced steel tubes withstand up to 440 lbs of pressure.

The triangular frame distributes resistance evenly to reduce wobbling, while the rebound system limits sudden kicks and joint strain. Collapsible handles and a rear locking clasp let it fold for storage or travel. It comes with AB roller wheels and hooks and can be used at home, at the office or on the go.
