my Yoga Exercise Mat sku-18359812059 UPC 312545033246

The my Yoga exercise mat is made from high-density PVC with a soft foam layer up to 8mm thick, about 1/3 inch. The description lists sizes of 7'×5', 8'×6' and 9'×6'; the title also lists 6'×10' and 6'×12'. The mat offers 50% more exercise space than an ordinary yoga mat. Its material resists wear, tears and deformation at high temperatures.

Cushioning helps protect knees and other joints, absorb shock, reduce noise and protect the floor. A corrugated top and suction-cup underside provide grip and stability to help prevent slips and ankle sprains. The waterproof mat is easy to clean and store, resists curling, and can also hold fitness equipment or serve as a children's play mat or carpet.

It is intended for HIIT, cardio, strength, spin and dance workouts, including P90x, Insanity, T25, Zumba, TRX, kettlebell work and jumping rope. A set of my resistance bands and a storage bag are included. SKU sku-18359812059; UPC 312545033246.
