MUSHROOM SUBSTRATE: dry packaged rye berries to be used in jars or grow bags for grain spawn. WHOLE RYE BERRIES: these are the entire rye berry with only the hull removed 100% NATURALLY SOURCED: whole rye berries purchased in bulk and bagged for consumers. Pictured bag for promotional purposes only. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Rinse and clean, repeat until water is clean. 2. Drain completely. 2. Add Gypsum to prevent sticking and to add calcium. 3. Let soak for 12-24 hours. 4. Cover with water and bring to boil for 10 minutes. 5. Drain while hot and let dry completely. 6. St*rilize at 15 PSI for 1 hour
