Check the model and part number on your original battery before ordering; contact the seller if you are unsure about compatibility. Do not put the battery in fire or water or expose it to temperatures above 140°F/60°C. Keep metal objects away from the positive and negative terminals to prevent short circuits, and store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Use the original charger or a trusted, compatible one. The seller advises fully charging and discharging a new lithium-ion battery 2 to 3 times before use; no further conditioning is needed after those 2 to 3 cycles. Keep the charge between 5%-95% when possible. Orders are dispatched within 4 days, and shipping typically takes 25-45 days. Prices exclude destination customs duties and taxes.

Items are inspected before shipment. A two year warranty covers manufacturing quality, with free repairs; the customer pays return shipping. If delivery seems delayed, check your local post office or mailbox. For a missing or incorrect item or another concern, the seller asks that you contact them before leaving neutral or negative feedback or opening a dispute.
