Miroil #60L-7 Gallon Silver Oil Pot 7 gal sku-120898736

The Miroil #60L-7 Gallon Silver oil and grease pot is a 7 gal Kitchen Appliances item, sku-120898736, UPC 084753000623. This low-profile pot fits beneath most fryer drain valves and holds up to 55 lbs of fryer oil; the description also lists its capacity as 55 Lb. It has an enameled exterior, an anti-splash lid, quick-lock clips and a gasketed safety lid.

The pot is designed to handle and filter hot oil and is easy to clean. Its model is also listed as 60L/02060. It works with EZ Flow filter bags and frames, which are sold separately, at frying temperatures or safer bath-water temperatures, including with heavy crumb loads.

EZ Flow filters cost less than paper filters and do not leach chemicals into the oil; the listing says they can filter as many as 1000 fryers for half the cost of paper filters. Use with Miroil FryLiquid or FryPowder is described as extending oil life and helping protect fried food from flavor contamination.
