Compact, portable Mini FTTH Active Fiber OTDR combining an OTDR, stable light source, VFL and a built-in light power meter for field fiber testing and troubleshooting. The integrated power meter covers a wavelength range of 800-1600 nm with an accuracy of 5% and uses an InGaAs probe capable of measuring optical power from -70 to +5 dBm. The visual fault locator emits a red beam at 650 nm with an output power of 5 mW and supports modulation settings of 0 Hz, 1 Hz and 2 Hz. Designed for single mode optical fibers with SC interface support, the unit performs light loss tests across a test range of 0-30 dB with an accuracy of 10%. OTDR functions include a tube operating at 1550 nm and 1610 nm, a detector diode avalanche APD and a satellite resolution of 0.6 meters. Event detection extends to 50 km and attenuation measurement capability reaches up to 30 km. Power is supplied by a lithium battery or via a power adapter using the Micro USB interface; battery runtime is up to 10 hours and the tester features an adjustable automatic shutdown. The compact housing measures 12.5*9*3.3 cm, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +50°C and storage range of -25°C to +70°C.
