This MILES FG COMP OIL is a food-grade, full synthetic, PAO-based rotary compressor fluid that meets H1 requirements for incidental food contact (FDA 21 CFR 178.3570). The NSF-approved formulation is oxidatively stable and resists water contamination. This lubricant protects against rust, corrosion, carbon, and varnish formation, while also protecting against wear. It has low volatility, excellent film strength, and a high flash point, making it a non-toxic and non-hazardous option.
