The Mikolo G7, sku-13750371140, is a Black wall-mounted cable tower for Strength Training. Its 11-gauge, powder-coated steel frame has an H-shaped base. Nylon-coated aircraft-quality cables have a 2200-pound tensile strength rating and a 350-pound maximum load capacity. The guide rod is 2" x 2" stainless steel.

The tower measures 39" long, 25.8" wide and 77" high when set up, and occupies 3.6 square feet. It has 26 vertical settings and 9 horizontal arm adjustments, each with 180 degrees of movement. The dual cable attachment bracket switches between 2:1 and 1:1 resistance. A foot pedal supports seated rows, and detachable sleeves fit 1" and 2" weight plates.

Exercises include chest fly, single-arm cable row, lat pulldown, seated row, biceps curl, cable face pull, lateral raise, triceps pushdown and single-arm chest fly. A manual is included for installation. Mikolo offers lifetime accessory replacement. UPC: 607609285229.
