Mikolo WB00 Bench sku-14047912934 Strength Training

Mikolo WB00 is a Black, 15-position FID adjustable bench in Strength Training, with a stated 1200LBS weight capacity. Its adjustable backrest and seat support flat, incline and decline exercises targeting the chest and core. The backrest has 12 settings from -20 to 90 degrees in 10-degree increments; the seat has 3 settings from 0 to 20 degrees in 10-degree increments.

Laser-cut angle markings and reinforced steel locking pins help with adjustments, which the seller says take 0.8 seconds. A removable leg support bar has 2 thigh-support positions secured by aluminum pins. The lower leg support adjusts with a twist knob or can be removed. A cushion supports the lower back during flat exercises; it has a PU leather cover, pearl cotton padding and a wooden base.

Seat height is 19 inches. The bench weighs 49 lbs and uses 14-gauge steel, triangular supports, four rubber base pads and a narrow steel plate at the backrest adjustment slots. A handle and two wheels help move it. Foam rubber pads provide three-point support when stored upright, when it occupies 3 square feet. The PU leather is described as sweat-proof, waterproof and easy to clean.
