Michelin MICH-74890 Black 275/35R20 XL sku-5450824762

Michelin CrossClimate 2, model MICH-74890, is a Black 275/35R20 102W XL tire in Tires by Vehicle. SKU sku-5450824762; UPC 086699748904. In dry and wet testing, it stopped shorter than 4 leading competitive tires. Michelin reports up to 15,000 miles of additional wear compared with four leading competitors, more than a year at the U.S. DoT average of 13,500 miles per driver annually.

It lasted 11–23% longer than the Continental CrossContact LX25 and PureContact LS, Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady, and Bridgestone Turanza QuietTrack. Its rubber compound and directional V-formation tread are designed for rain and snow traction, dry handling, and long wear, including performance when worn. The V-formation and 3D-SipeLock distribute tread forces for wear and grip.

PIANO Noise Reduction Tuning uses tread blocks and angles to reduce harmonic road noise; Michelin's internal testing found it as quiet as or quieter than the Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady and Bridgestone QuietTrack. The directional tread guides installation, and periodic front-to-back rotations support even wear.

Michelin also describes its all-weather performance on EVs as the best in inclement weather.
