Megaware Keel Guard 3001.6763 7' White sku-32926462

Megaware Keel Guard model 3001.6763 is a 7' white, do-it-yourself keel protector listed as Multicolor and Unisex under Boating. SKU sku-32926462; UPC 672057201077. The title identifies it as 54305401 for a 19 ft to 20 ft boat; the product details specify boats up to 20'. The protector helps shield a boat's gelcoat from sand, rocks, concrete ramps and oyster beds.

Damage to the gelcoat can let water reach the fiberglass laminates. Developed with boat designers and 3M engineers, its patented design combines abrasion-resistant polymers and urethanes, a 3M acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that bonds and seals contoured edges to the hull, and angled grooves that form hydrodynamic channels and air pockets. It has a 5-inch width.

Megaware KeelGuard comes in 11 UV-stabilized colors and nine standard lengths; custom lengths are available by contacting the manufacturer. The lifetime warranty covers abrasive wear and adhesion failure during normal use for the original purchaser for as long as they own the boat. Manufacturer part number: 20107.
