Its control knob offers soft, medium and firm settings, and the mattress inflates quickly. Pulling the red CPR tag deflates it in a second. The pump control fits most home and hospital bed rails and frames.
The 9 ventilated cells help keep the mattress cool and wounds and bedsores dry; some cells snap out for replacement. The mattress is designed to retain air during patient transport.
