This sale is for two pairs of MB Quart Formula 6.5 Inch 2-way coaxial car speakers, model FKB116. The cones are lightweight, thermal-formed polypropylene for faster midrange response. Butyl rubber surrounds add long-lasting durability and deliver stronger mid-bass impact. The spider is made from natural fiber to provide flexibility, with an epoxy infusion applied during manufacturing to increase strength. A pure copper voice coil with a very thin extrusion produces a strong magnetic field, while a Kapton voice coil former keeps weight down and efficiently dissipates heat. An over-coil cooling system allows air to flow over the voice coil through the spider for improved thermal management.
