It cuts round electrode discs up to 0.3 mm thick from materials such as Al, Cu, Li and coated battery electrode sheet. It can also punch battery separators, paper, plastic bags, screen savers and PVC soft films for sampling, leaving edges without burrs.
A permanent magnet holder allows cutter changes and use in a glovebox. The hole-to-edge distance is 1-20MM, and the paper feed depth is adjustable. Custom cutter heads take about three days; complex stamping dies can also be customized.
