Easy pairing: Insert batteries and switch the TV on. Point the Magic Remote at the TV and press the Wheel (OK) to pair. If the pointer stops responding, press and hold the GUIDE button for more than 5 seconds to simultaneously disconnect and re-register the motion sensor remote.

Note: when using a brand-new Magic Remote or a remote from a different TV, this pairing step is required before first use.
