It’s plug-and-play and supports both Windows and Mac systems — press FN + Home to toggle between OS modes for seamless switching. Gasket-mounted construction for a softer feel: Instead of a conventional screw-fixed design, the SKY98’s positioning plate is suspended by the pressure of the upper and lower shells with gaskets placed around the plate. This isolation prevents direct contact with the case, cushioning keystrokes and reducing vibration and noise for an even, elastic typing experience and a clean acoustic profile. Five-layer internal sound absorption: To cut down on hollow resonance, the keyboard fills the spaces between the positioning plate, PCB and bottom with IXPE foam pad, PORON foam, a diaphragm layer, EVA soundproofing foam and a silicone absorbing pad. The multilayer damping package controls internal resonance and produces a more pleasant, muted keypress for gaming or office use. Hot-swappable sockets and pre-lubed switches: The SKY98 supports both 3-pin and 5-pin switches so you can customize freely. Individual switches are removable in seconds. MageGee’s factory pre-lubed Violet switches are installed for smooth, responsive typing and are rated up to 70 million keystrokes. Customizable RGB lighting: Choose from 6 preset gaming backlight sets (FN + 1 ~ FN + 6) and 18 built-in lighting modes, with adjustable brightness and speed.
