Designed to apply evenly on the skin. Formulated to blend well for seamless transitions. Can be used with either a wet or dry application method. The formula is non-acnegenic. Safe for individuals who wear contact lenses. For a bold color application, use a 239 Brush with a pressing motion over the eye area. To achieve even greater color intensity, apply over Prep + Prime 24 Hour Extend Eye Base. For a diffused look, blend the eye shadow over the eye area with a 217 Brush using a circular motion. Contains a blend of ingredients including Talc, Zinc Stearate, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, and various colorants.
