Overview: M31 series distributed I/O host designed for long-range LoRa telemetry and flexible industrial control. Uses LoRa wireless transmission at 433M with 30dbm power and can communicate directly with E90-DTU data transmission radio. It is built for Modbus-based systems and gateway conversion between protocols. Protocol & Connectivity: Supports standard Modbus protocol and protocol conversion, including Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU. The module provides an Ethernet RJ45 network port for I/O collection and control and also offers RS485 acquisition control I/O. The device supports simultaneous access by 5 clients (5-way host access) and handles Modbus function codes 01/02/03/04/05/06/15/16. Configuration & Addressing: Allows custom Modbus address settings and offers 8 baud rate configurations. Network addressing supports both DHCP and static IP modes. Compatible with a variety of configuration software, PLCs and touch screens. Expandability & Installation: Operates in distributed I/O mode with support for up to 16 IO expansion modules. The enclosure includes provision for positioning holes and guide rails to simplify mounting. The product uses a scalable structural design to facilitate system growth and integration.
