Lubriplate Polyurea-Thickened Type Grease, L0191-039, 120 lb Keg Drum

LUBRIPLATE Poly HP-2 is a polyurea-thickened lubricating grease formulated with the highest quality paraffinic base oils available. This grease is fortified with corrosion and oxidation inhibitors, making it an excellent choice for the lubrication and protection of high-speed electric motor bearings as well as other industrial applications. The grease has an NLGI Grade 2 rating, with a smooth and buttery texture and a red color. The mineral oil viscosity is 650 SUS at 100°F (128 cSt at 40°C), with a viscosity index of 90 minimum. LUBRIPLATE Poly HP-2 has an oxidation stability of 5 PSI drop maximum, a dropping point of 500°F (260°C), and a copper corrosion rating of 1b. The grease has an oil separation of less than 3.0%, a four-ball weld load of 340 kg, and passes the ASTM D1743 corrosion resistance test.
