LiftMaster 312HM High-Memory Coaxial Universal Gate Receiver (315MHz)

The LiftMaster 312HM is a high-memory universal gate receiver operating at 315MHz that supports both rolling-code Enhanced Radio TechnologyTM remotes and DIP switch devices. Power is jumper-selectable between 12 volt DC or 18 - 35 volts AC/DC, and a jumper also selects momentary or constant contact operation. The unit ships in a two-piece aluminum housing with a detachable cover and includes an external 8' whip antenna. Compatible remotes: 371LM, 373LM, 890MAX, 893MAX, 892LT, 894LT, 361LM. Memory capacities: high security memory holds up to 18 Enhanced Radio Technology remote controls or keyless entry codes, while normal security memory stores up to 31 LiftMaster remote control codes of any type.
