Spicejungle Lemon Juice Powdered Drink Mixes sku-753164038

Spicejungle lemon juice powder is made with lemon juice and contains citric acid as well as lemon oil. Unlike lemon zest, which supplies aromatic oil but no citric acid, the powder adds both sourness and lemon aroma. It has less acid than straight lemon juice, so it is less likely to affect the pH balance of a baking recipe.

Combine it with fresh lemon zest, or add ½ teaspoon to pie or biscuit dough or to flour used to coat a loaf before baking. Listed under Powdered Drink Mixes; size 5 lbs; SKU sku-753164038; UPC 842432115101.
