Lee Oskar Major Low D Harmonica 1910-LOWD sku-270431584

The Lee Oskar Major Low D harmonica, model 1910-LOWD, is listed in the Lee Oskar product category with color Other, SKU sku-270431584 and UPC 642945102045. Slide-together, interlocking boxes make carrying and indexing easier, and each tuning is color-coded. Corrosion-free cover plates are designed for projection and tone.

The plastic comb resists swelling and shrinkage; its wide chambers and narrow dividers make playing easier. The precision-molded comb has a recessed bed that holds the reed plates securely to prevent air leakage. The ends identify 1st and 2nd positions.

Replaceable brass reed plates are available in all keys, mount to the comb with 3 self-tapping screws and are tuned to +441 for a fuller, brighter sound. Replacing them costs about half as much as a new harmonica and reuses the original comb and cover plates. The rebuild uses three screws and two nuts and bolts.
