Touch controls turn them on and off and select 3 brightness levels: 10%, 50% and 100%, with a maximum brightness of 200lm. Fully charge them before first use. Each light has a built-in 800mAh rechargeable lithium battery and comes with a USB cable.
There are 3 installation methods: 1) 3M tape, 2) screws or 3) a suction cap. Fix the cap to a smooth surface and check that the cap or clip buckle holds the light securely. The lights can also be used for camping, in a tent or as flashlights.
