The leg developer holds up to 100lbs, the curl pad and each chest fly trainer hold up to 50lbs, and the rack used for squats holds up to 350lbs. The seat supports a 300-lbs user. Non-slip rubber on the bottom helps prevent sliding and protects the floor; a safety buckle holds the bench in place.
