Overview: The KZ AS10 is a musician-grade in-ear monitor built around five balanced armature drivers to deliver a balanced, detailed sound from low to high frequencies. Designed for clarity and stage use, it brings greater definition and musical detail across the range. Driver configuration: This AS10 utilizes 5 balanced armature drivers in total: one big low-frequency driver, one mid driver, two high-frequency drivers, and one hybrid mid & high driver. The large low-frequency armature offers bass texture and punch comparable to many dynamic drivers while the dedicated mid and high drivers handle vocals and treble with precision. Sound signature: Despite being a multi-armature design, the AS10 produces a surprisingly full bass response. The mid armature provides natural, flexible rendition of human vocals, and the high-frequency extension is smooth and soft rather than sharp—making these monitors especially well-suited to pop and vocal-forward music. Connectivity and upgrades: The earphones use a detachable original 2 Pin cable for easy replacement or aftermarket upgrades. (Upgraded cables are not included and must be purchased separately.)
