Engineered for competition use, the Kicker SoloX L7X 18" 1-Ohm subwoofer combines rugged construction with built-in thermal control. Forced Air Cooling™ helps keep operating temperatures down to extend component life. The motor assembly uses a three-inch aluminum voice coil former to stabilize the coil and preserve precise sound reproduction, while a dual-spider suspension gives strong support during high-excursion movements. The cone is a double-pressed pulp design paired with a Santoprene surround for long-lasting, consistent performance. A cast-aluminum basket and a custom rubber magnet boot add structural rigidity and a finished look.
