After a 15-minute preheat, it can bake a 12-inch pizza in 90 seconds and reaches up to 1000°F / 540℃. It can also cook meat, fish and vegetables. It uses gas or solid fuels, including wood pellets, wood chips and charcoal.

The 450g fuel hopper has a separate feed port. Stainless steel 430 inner and outer frames surround a layer of insulation cotton. Foldable legs make the oven easier to transport; a pellet scoop and storage bag are included. To cook, load fuel or connect a gas tank, ignite the oven, preheat it and rotate the pizza occasionally to prevent burning.
