Its all-metal internal frame and motor support stitching through fabric up to 0.16 inches thick, including 6 layers of denim. It also accommodates chiffon and jeans. Removing the accessory compartment makes it a free-arm machine for cuffs, sleeves, pant legs, collars and rounded items such as bolster cushions.

It has a foot pedal, a transparent horizontal bobbin for checking thread and an LED work light that reduces shadows and eye fatigue. The portable, lightweight machine is described as high-speed and suited to beginners.
