KFFKFF FF-Q901 Orange Air Tools sku-15395165503 5 gal

KFFKFF FF-Q901 Orange Air Tools sandblaster, 5 gal, SKU sku-15395165503, UPC 077685305232. It removes rust and stains from large surfaces, including iron frames, statues, car paint and marble engravings. Working pressure is 60-110 PSI, with air consumption of 6-25 CFM. Its die-cast aluminum alloy gun replaces a brass ball valve gun and opens and closes quickly to conserve abrasive media.

A water oil separator with a pressure gauge removes moisture from compressed air to help prevent clogs. The recommended abrasive capacity is 2.8 gallons for 60-100 grit media such as silica sand, aloxite or glass beads. The kit includes 4 ceramic nozzles: 3/32", 7/64", 1/8" and a pre-installed 9/64".

Compared with metal nozzles, the ceramic nozzles resist wear, corrosion and heat; the design also addresses abrasive impact, static buildup and sparking. Two 6-inch rubber wheels help move the unit outdoors, and an 8 ft hose reaches fixed objects.
