Cooling and freezing modes accommodate lobster, salmon, ice cream, cakes and precooked meals. The unit has overload protection, automatic defrosting, temperature control and alarms. Its cyclopentane-insulated door closes automatically to help retain cold air, and it uses R290 refrigerant.
The food-safe 304 stainless steel body and reinforced stainless steel trays are easy to clean and resist odors. Four adjustable, removable 1/3 trays measure 12.8" x 6.9" / 325 x 176 mm. Fans in the evaporator and condenser help limit operating noise, and a probe monitors food's internal temperature.
