What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

NOTE: NOT COMPATIBLE WITH iPad Air 13-Inch (M2/M3) 2024/2025 or iPad Pro 12.9-Inch (6th/5th/4th/3rd/2nd/1st Gen). Please verify the model number on the back of your tablet and contact us if you need compatibility confirmation. Magnetic Detachable Keyboard: The folio includes a removable wireless Bluetooth keyboard that attaches magnetically to the case. Detach the keyboard quickly to convert your setup from a lightweight laptop-style configuration back to a standalone tablet. Auto Sleep/Wake Function: The cover supports automatic sleep/wake to protect battery life and extend tablet longevity. For optimal sleep/wake performance, remove the Wireless Keyboard — the keyboard’s iron components can interfere with magnetic attraction and prevent proper function. Flexible Viewing Angles: A built-in stand with three card slots lets you set the tablet to multiple viewing angles for typing, note-taking, editing, or media playback. The adjustable positions make it easy to find the most comfortable angle for work or entertainment. Durable Protection & Premium Feel: Constructed from high-quality PU material, this case provides full edge protection and a precise fit to guard against bumps, scratches, and everyday wear. The smooth, comfortable surface feels luxurious and also serves as a customizable canvas for stickers. Convenient Pencil Holder: A dedicated pencil holder and top pencil slot keep your stylus secure and accessible so you can grab it quickly when you need it. Rechargeable, Long-Life Battery: The detachable keyboard contains a built-in 500mAh battery with an energy-saving mode, providing at least 100 hours of use on a full charge. It can be fully charged in 2 hours with a Type-C charging cable. No battery replacements are required. Package Contents: 1 x Folio Cover for iPad Pro 13 inch, 1 x Detachable Wireless Keyboard, 1 x Micro USB charging cable (No charger), 1 x User Manual
