It has a metal frame with 3-layer insulation: an inner galvanized sheet, a thermal insulating layer and a cold-rolled outer sheet.

The steel has a black coating designed to resist fingerprints and simplify cleaning; the handle is solid beech wood. The oven preheats in about 5-15 minutes, reaches up to 800°F and can cook pizza in 90 seconds.
