A compact dual-camera system designed for clear, reliable recording on 12-volt and 24-volt vehicles. The front module is a 3.7-MP camera that records at 2560 x 1440p with a 136° field of view, while the rear is a 2.0-MP camera that captures 1920 x 1080p at a 131.6° field of view. The rear camera is IP67 weatherproof and can be mounted either inside or outside the vehicle for flexible installation. Key onboard features include a 2-in. full-color TFT LCD for playback and menu access, built-in GPS to log location and speed, and Wireless Link Wi‑Fi® for camera control and file downloads through the KENWOOD® Dash Cam Manager smartphone app — the app also delivers over-the-air firmware updates. The system automatically preserves important clips using built-in motion detection and collision detection. Image optimization is handled by Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) on the front camera and High Dynamic Range (HDR) on the rear camera, improving footage clarity across bright and low-light scenes.
