Overview The Kenwood DNR476S is a double-DIN digital media receiver with a 6.75" resistive touchscreen and built-in Garmin navigation. It fits double-DIN (4" tall) dash openings and supports a wide range of digital audio formats and modern smartphone integrations while omitting any disc playback. Media and Smartphone Connectivity Plays media stored as MP3, WMA, AAC, plus high-resolution WAV and FLAC files from USB memory devices and microSD cards. The unit is wired Apple CarPlay compatible and wired Android Auto compatible for smartphone mirroring and apps. You can control Pandora and Spotify with iPhone and Android devices, charge and control Apple and select Android devices through the USB connections, and use the Kenwood Remote S smartphone app for wireless source selection. Navigation and Traffic Built-in Garmin navigation includes maps for the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands with about 6 million points of interest. Spoken text-to-speech prompts announce street names, and lane assistance helps with complex intersections. Optional traffic data is available through the INRIX smartphone app — a 2-year subscription is included with purchase (smartphone required). Audio and A/V Features Drive EQ for compensating road noise, a 13-band EQ, high- and low-pass filters, digital time alignment, space enhancer, sound realizer, sound elevation, bass boost, and loudness let you tune the sound precisely. The receiver provides dual-zone A/V output and supports a rear-view camera with adjustable parking lines (optional camera required). Outputs include 6-channel preamp outputs (4-volt front, rear, subwoofer). The built-in amplifier delivers 22 watts RMS/50 peak x 4 channels. The kit lets you install a double-DIN radio while retaining steering wheel controls and the backup camera, and it preserves SYNC features such as USB port, Aux input, and Bluetooth on iDatalink-compatible radios. Additional retained/integrated displays can include climate control on the touchscreen, visual park assist, tire pressure readout, voltage display, and more. iDatalink Maestro ADS-MRR Interface Module The ADS-MRR module enables installation of a new stereo while retaining factory steering wheel audio controls and factory amplifiers in select 2006-up vehicles. It supports installation in select 2006-up Chrysler, Fiat, Ford, GM, Honda, Subaru, Toyota, and VW vehicles when used with the required vehicle-specific harness. The module integrates car stereo connections and will retain the factory amp if present. Note: not compatible with Mac.
