Kastar applies a mix-protection additive to the cathode to reduce material degradation during charge/discharge cycles, extending service life up to 1200 cycles. The batteries feature an embedded seal structure that expands the crystal lattice to create more room for hydrogen, resulting in lower self-discharge and improved charge retention.
Built from eco-friendly Ni-MH cells without Hg/Cd/Pb, these packs use a DBCK steel shell to help protect against explosion from overpressure. Compatible with GE 200-081 (200081) and TEB-200-081 battery replacements for Panametrics flowmeters.
