Compact Mini V-Mount battery pair from Kastar designed for run-and-gun shooting. Each Li-ion pack weighs about 10.8 Oz and measures 4" x 2.8" x 1.4" (102 x 72 x 36.5 mm). Rated at 14.8V with a capacity of 3.4Ah / 50Wh, the batteries include an OLED readout that shows battery voltage, remaining capacity and USB output voltage for quick status checks. The bundled Kastar Dual D-Tap (P-Tap) fast charger charges two D-Tap-equipped batteries simultaneously and is suitable for packs such as BP-U65, BP-U68, BP-U100, V-Mount / V Lock batteries and Anton Bauer Gold Mount batteries that provide a D-Tap input. AC input supports worldwide voltage: AC 110-240V 50/60Hz 1.0A (Max.). DC output delivers high power: 16.8V 4.0A (Only one channel) or 16.8V 2A when both D-Tap outputs are used. A 4-pin XLR DC output adapter is included to power a camcorder or DSLR directly from the charger. Charging status is indicated by LEDs — green for standby or full charge and red while charging. Built-in MCU protection automatically shuts down the unit in cases of improper input voltage, short circuit or overheating to help prevent overcharge and over-discharge.
