Safety and charging performance are built in: fast-charge with automatic constant-current control reduces charge time while protecting against overcharge, short circuit and electronic shock. A built-in MCU provides additional protection by shutting down the unit if improper input voltage, a short circuit or overheating is detected, and the system helps prevent overdischarge as well.
