What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

Multi-mode connectivity: Two physical switches on the top let you select between wired (USB), 2.4G wireless and Bluetooth operation, and toggle OS compatibility for Windows or MacOS. The K75 also supports connecting multiple Bluetooth devices (FN+Q / W / E cycles BT1 / BT2 / BT3). Compatible with PCs, laptops, tablets, phones, PS and XBOX. Note: FN+Q/W/E to switch between BT1/BT2/BT3 devices. Hot-swappable and tunable: The K75’s hot-swap PCB accepts 3-pin or 5-pin switches so you can swap switches without soldering. It ships with pre-lubricated coconut shafts and extra pre-lubed shafts plus a key puller to experiment with different switches and feels (not recommended for keyboard beginners). Gasket construction & typing feel: Built with a gasket design featuring five-layer shock absorption and a single-key positioning plate, the keyboard delivers a more uniform keystroke and full-key anti-ghosting for a softer, more comfortable typing experience—ideal for both gaming and long typing sessions. RGB lighting & battery: 1.68 million RGB colors with south-facing LEDs that work well with most keycap styles, including side-engraved. The rechargeable 4000mAh battery lasts about 48 hours with backlight on and about 266 hours with backlight off (use the original charging cable or a qualified data-capable cable for charging via a computer USB port). Control lighting via FN key combos, the CNC knob, or the software. Compact 75% layout & keycaps: This 75% TKL layout saves desk space while retaining arrow keys. Dual-color PBT keycaps resist fading; the stepped profile reduces fatigue during long sessions. Side-engraved translucent PBT keycaps improve visibility in low light. Two-stage adjustable feet provide multiple typing angles (not recommended for first-time or inexperienced users). Multi-function CNC knob: Long-press the knob for about 5 seconds to toggle between light mode and volume mode. In light mode rotate to change brightness and click to switch lighting effects; in volume mode rotate to adjust volume and click to play/pause. Programmable software (K75-US): Downloadable driver (settings available only in 2.4G wireless or wired mode on Windows) enables full programmability—key remapping, macro creation, key sensitivity, debounce, sleep timer and backlight effects including music-rhythm lighting. FN + TAB adjusts side lighting modes.
