The JVC KD-T710BT is a single-DIN car receiver with a removable face and stylish blue illumination paired with a white 13-digit single-line LCD display. The unit's menu supports Eng/Fr/Sp and offers a Music Sync illumination effect for visual flair. Detachable face panel design provides security and easy access. Connectivity and playback: Play MP3, WMA, AAC, WAV, and FLAC files via the front-panel USB input (supports up to 1.5 amp charging) or use the aux input. Android Music and iPod/iPhone audio streaming are supported through Bluetooth. The head unit is compatible with Pandora Internet Radio and Spotify (Android and iPhone) via USB or Bluetooth depending on the device. Bluetooth and smartphone features: Built-in Bluetooth handles audio streaming and hands-free calling. JVC Streaming DJ lets up to 5 Bluetooth devices connect so friends can take turns streaming music. The receiver works with Smart Virtual Assistant functionality — requires downloading the free app to the paired phone and pressing the Virtual Assistant key on the JVC receiver to launch voice control for music, calls, audiobooks, news, weather, navigation, parking info, smart-home control, and more. Additional convenience features include JVC Remote app readiness for on-phone source control and a low battery warning for paired Bluetooth devices. Audio performance and tuning: A built-in MOSFET amplifier delivers 50 watts max x 4 channels and 22 watts RMS x 4 channels. Sound customization tools include a 13-band graphic equalizer with 11 presets, K2 technology for improved digital sound, Time Alignment to delay nearer speakers so sound reaches the listener simultaneously, and Space Enhancement (virtual surround for two-speaker setups). Additional audio enhancements are Sound Response to recover low frequencies lost to compression, Sound Lift to virtually raise perceived speaker height, and Volume Link EQ to boost frequencies affected by road noise. There is 1 pair of 2.5-volt preamp outputs (Rear/subwoofer selectable). Installation and extras: Factory steering wheel control functions can be retained with a third-party adapter (sold separately).
