JPW Industries WC100230 Multicolor Hoist sku-23909866

JPW Industries WC100230 is a Multicolor JET L-100 Series hand chain hoist, SKU sku-23909866, UPC 662756198532. This Chain Hoists listing is for the L-100-250-30 with a 0.25-ton capacity and 30 ft lift; the source also identifies it as the 100230 L-100-250-30, 1/4-ton model. The series is offered in capacities up to 20 tons, with standard lifts of 10, 15, 20, and 30 feet and custom lifts available. Optional overload protection is available for the series, but this hoist's specification lists overload protection as No. The patented, fused single-piece brake has a lifetime replacement warranty and is designed to reduce maintenance and downtime. A Weston-style double-ratchet-pawl brake splits the load across opposite sides of the ratchet gear. Industrial alloy-steel hooks rotate 360 degrees and stretch slowly to signal an overload. The plated, corrosion-resistant Grade 100 load chain has smaller links and is stated to be 20% stronger than Grade 80 chain. Cast-steel safety latches use Allen screws and lock nuts; heat-treated load plates, case-hardened internal parts, double-sealed ball bearings, and an impact-resistant steel body are intended for demanding environments. Its compact body suits confined spaces and low-headroom applications. The hoist complies with ANSI / ASME B30.16 and HST-2 standards and is load tested to 125% of capacity with a certificate. Specifications: capacity 1/4 ton; lift 30 ft; headroom 9-13/16 in.; hand-chain overhaul 18 ft to lift a load 1Ft.; pull force 42 LBF; load-chain dimensions 4 x 12 mm; 1 fall; listed weight 16 lbs. Additional listed dimensions and weight are height 5.1000, length 7.1000, weight 51.0000, and width 6.0000. JPW's Lifetime Warranty and JET's Red Assurance Protection Plan cover this item.
