These JL Audio M6 7.7" marine coaxial speakers deliver full-range sound in a gloss white finish with sport-style grilles. The woofer is an injection-molded, mica-filled polypropylene cone with a synthetic rubber surround, paired with a 1" silk dome tweeter. A 2-way crossover is mounted to the woofer basket for clean frequency blending. Built to withstand the marine environment, the speakers use UV- and corrosion-resistant polymer baskets and include white "Sport" grilles. The patented tweeter bridge attaches to the speaker frame so the grille can be removed and painted if desired. They are engineered for free-air applications (no enclosures needed); for best low-frequency performance provide at least 2 cubic feet of airspace.
