JABSCO 58080-3012 14" Boating Toilet sku-5607941044

The JABSCO Deluxe Flush 14" straight-back 12V freshwater electric marine toilet, model 58080-3012, has a solenoid valve and a soft-close, household-size seat. It is a Multicolor Boating product listed at size 14". The space-saving design uses little water and operates quietly. A large-bore flush pump macerates waste.

The rinse uses fresh water through a solenoid valve; the DC voltage is 12v, and the recommended fuse is 25 amps. A 4-button, surface-mounted touch control panel has a white bezel and offers Fill, Quick Flush, Flush and Empty. The owner can set the bowl to remain dry or wet after flushing. The dry setting reduces water use; the wet setting refills the bowl.

Holding Quick Flush and Flush together for 5 seconds switches between those settings. Fill adds 1 quart (1 liter) before use when needed. Quick Flush rinses and empties after light use, using less than 1 quart (1 liter) on the dry setting. Flush rinses and empties twice after heavy use, using 2.5 quarts (2.5 liters); filling first is recommended if the bowl is dry.

Empty removes contents without adding water. An anti-odor water lock remains in the pump housing even when the bowl looks dry. The supplied solenoid valve assembly connects to an existing pressurized water system delivering at least 2.9 gpm (11 lpm); dual non-return valves protect the freshwater system against backflow.
