Ideal for removing water from pool covers, ponds, flooded cellars and boat bilges, this Ironton submersible pump produces 1268 GPH and features a 1/8 HP motor with a 1in. port. Automatic on/off control is handled by a mechanical float switch: the pump starts when water reaches 18-19 inches and stops when levels drop below 6-7 inches. Note that float switch performance may vary depending on tank type and size. The unit runs on a 110V motor and includes built-in thermal overload protection.
