NovoSphere IP65 Active Battery Equalizer sku-17976211267
4.8(18 ratings)The NovoSphere active battery equalizer is listed under General Electronic Accessories as sku-17976211267. It transfers energy between cells while a pack is charging, discharging or standing to reduce voltage differences caused by unequal capacity and self-discharge.
Heat, circuit efficiency and changes in cell polarization or internal resistance mean equalization cannot remove every imbalance, though proper use may improve pack performance. It has IP65-rated protection and is listed for Lithium, GEL and Lead Acid packs in 24V, 48V, 60V, 72V and 96V systems, with a 10-15VDC balancing output range. The device is described as safe and user-friendly.
Its supplied mobile app provides real-time WiFi monitoring of pack and cell voltages, helping users spot low-voltage or other abnormal conditions.
